Website Usage
CCS sites shall have two forms of listings; sponsored and non – sponsored. Entries in non – sponsored listings will be allowed to post content on the website free of charge. However, CCS shall reserve the right to edit any/all information posted on the CCS site. The editing may also be done at your request and will cost you $100 (hundred dollars). All materials posted on the CCS site may be subject to modification.
Intellectual Property
You expressly recognize and agree that Call Center Supports trademarks are the sole property of CCS or its partners and affiliates. You do not have any right, title or interest in such or any use thereof, including but not limited to the reproduction of any such trademarks. You agree that all the trademarks have great value and good will and, in the event of a breach of this section, injury to CCS would be irreparable and, therefore, injunctive relief to protect CCS interests would be appropriate (without limitation as to other damages which might be allowed by law). All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are property of CCS and its partners.
Materials you post and provide
For materials you post or otherwise provide to (a "Submission"), you grant CCS permission to (1) use, copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, modify, translate and reformat your Submission, and (2) sublicense these rights, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. CCS will not pay you for your Submission. CCS may remove your Submission at any time. For each Submission, you represent that you have all rights necessary for you to make the grants in this section. CCS does not take responsibility for any content posted on the website. The responsibility vests in the person posting the data.

Jurisdictional Issues
Unless otherwise specified, these Terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any legal proceedings related to this agreement shall be in the District Court of Seattle or in the United States Federal Court for the State of Washington. You hereby consent and submit to the jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.
